This session will be led by retired US Army Major Jeff Frankart. Jeff was the Chief of Chronic Pain Physical Therapy at the US Army Hospital in Landstuhl Germany from 2010 to 2018 where he managed the rehabilitation of US and NATO troops. He developed a cutting-edge physical therapy program, rooted in US Military research, that is designed to help individuals overcome their challenges with balance and regain confidence. Jeff is now the owner of "The Fix", a functional physical therapy clinic in Jupiter. Jeff will explain how the brain can be retrained using repetitive, multi-directional movements to rebuild better balance and mobility.
