Exercise is a great way to relieve stress and by now, boredom! Pilates Chair & Pilates Mat is now available on Zoom or in person in the Learning Center room 202/204. Pilates focuses on core strengthening, posture, body alignment & flexibility. Barbara Saltzgiver, a certified Pilates instructor for 16 yrs, will you lead in 2 different classes on Tuesdays:


Chair 4:30-5:15 pm & Mat 5:30-6:30 pm

Pilates and Yoga Classes

For 15 years Barbara Saltzgiver has been leading two Pilates classes at HSLC. Due to the Coronavirus and the importance of social distancing that is not possible now. However, Barbara continues to be concerned about your health and peace of mind. So, she has created a video where she is leading a Pilates class and you can follow along.
